Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items, except for shipping costs.

DELIVERY
Shipping in Cyprus
Our working hours are 10:00-17:00, Monday – Friday. Orders in Limassol take 3-4 working days,Β other cities take 4-5 working days. Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.
International Shipping
We deliver our products to Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, UAE. All orders are processed on the same day and take an average of 5-6 business days.
RETURNS
Our company has been active in the food sector for over 10 years. Food is vulnerable, and so are our products. In order to comply with our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund for any food product(s) in general. Damaged/Defected/Complaints
If you received a damaged product caused by shipping you must contact us immediately [email protected].
In rare cases where products are missing or are defective, we compensate customers, if there is proper documentation and there is proof. Our company policy replaces the defective product with a new one.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (for presumption).
We will not issue a refund if youβre not satisfied with the products.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and we will endeavor to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by a senior manager or director.
Β Cancellations/Refunds/Exchange
We will not accept exchanges if you are not satisfied with the products because you changed your mind or want to cancel your order.
Exchanges are made only if your request is considered correct.
In case you ask for a refund, send us a presumption such as photos, video, etc. If deemed necessary, we can ask you to return the last product. The company has the right to replace the product instead of issuing a refund.
LOYALTY CARDS
Our loyalty program allows members to earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts. For every 500 points, you receive a 20 euro discount, excluding beverage items. Upgrading to Gold requires 2000 points and is only available for in-store purchases.
To join the loyalty program, you must register in-store. Membership is free. Beverage items are not eligible for point accumulation or redemption.
Once you accumulate 2000 points, you can upgrade to Gold membership. Gold members enjoy exclusive discounts, early access to promotions, and special events. Upgrades are only possible in-store and cannot be applied online.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program, including these terms, without prior notice.
