Glen Spey 21 Year Old 1997 XOP is a rare, single-cask Speyside single malt bottled by Douglas Laing for its Xtra Old Particular collection. Distilled in January 1997 and matured for 21 years in a refill hogshead, it was bottled in November 2018 at natural cask strength of 51.1% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring. Limited to just 356 bottles, it offers an indulgent combination of coconut, vanilla, creamy toffee, malt and warm spice, finishing with mellow oak, marshmallow and caramelised sugar. A distinctive choice for whisky enthusiasts and a luxurious match for premium Nutcracker nuts, dried fruits and chocolates.
