You can pay by PayPal, through jcc. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items, except shipping cost.
Please note that the prices in our website may change at any time. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time you process your order at checkout.

DELIVERY
Our company work with AKIS EXPRES and UPS SHIPPING requires a signature on delivery.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of requests shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact with you via email or telephone.
Shipping in Cyprus
All orders are processed on the same day, for orders inside and outside Limassol or other cities takes 1-2 working days. Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.
Orders over 15 euro will be delivered free to the nearest shop of AKIS EXPRESS. The customer is also entitled to delivered right to his door with the cost of 4 euro.
Under 15 euro, the shipment will depend on the customer’s choice.
CUSTOMER CHOICES:
1st The customer can choose pick up to the nearest shop with the cost of the amount 3 euros.
2nd The customer will deliver right to his door which cost 4 euros.
Delivery will be made via AKIS EXPRESS courier.
International Shipping
We deliver our products into the Europe countries such as Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, German, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine.

RETURNS
Our company has been active in the food sector for over 10 years. Food is vulnerable, so are our products. In order to comply with our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund for any food product(s) in general. Damaged/Defected/Complaints
If you received damaged product caused by shipping you must contact immediately with AKIS EXPRES (for Cyprus) and UPS COURIER (for International Shipping). ASK VASSILOPOULOS
In rare cases where products are missing or are defective, we compensate customers, if there is proper documentation and there is proof. Our company policy replaces the defected product with a new one. We are not available to give refund.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (for presumption).
We will not issue refund if you’re not satisfied with the products.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by a senior manager or director.
Cancellations/Refunds/Exchange
We will not accept exchanges if you are not satisfied with the products because you changed your mind or want to cancel your order.
Exchanges are made only if your request is considered correct.
In case you ask f refund, send us presumption such as photos, video, etc. If deemed necessary, we can ask you to return the last product. The company has the right to replace the product instead of issue refund.
