You can pay by PayPal, through jcc. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items, except shipping cost.

DELIVERY
Shipping in Cyprus
Our working hours is 10:00-17:00, Monday – Friday. Orders in Limassol take 3-4 working days, other cities take 4-5 working days. Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded. The delivery cost is 3.5 euro.
International Shipping
We deliver our products to Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Israel,Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, Ukraine. All orders are processed on the same day and take an average of 5-6 business days.
RETURNS
Our company has been active in the food sector for over 10 years. Food is vulnerable, so are our products. In order to comply with our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund for any food product(s) in general. If you have a problem with your order, contact the company via email info@thenutcrackerhouse.com before taking any action.
Damaged/Defected/Complaints
If you received a damaged product caused by shipping you must contact us immediately info@thenutcrackerhouse.com.
In rare cases where products are missing or are defective, we compensate customers, if there is proper documentation and there is proof. Our company policy replaces the defective product with a new one.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (for presumption).
We will not issue a refund if you’re not satisfied with the products.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and we will endeavor to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by a senior manager or director.
Cancellations/Refunds/Exchange
We will not accept exchanges if you are not satisfied with the products because you changed your mind or want to cancel your order.
Exchanges are made only if your request is considered correct.
In case you ask a refund, send us presumption such as photos, video, etc. If deemed necessary, we can ask you to return the last product. The company has the right to replace the product instead of issue a refund.
