Cashew Salad with Apple
This simple Cashew salad is made with apples, roasted cashews nuts, and mixed salad greens! Try this salad when you need a quick and delicious meal.
You only need a few pantry ingredients and this salad comes together in just a few minutes! You can add your favorite protein to turn it into a full meal or just enjoy this as a little side salad!
- 1 packages spring mix salad greens
- 1 large apple, coarsely chopped
- 100 g roasted cashew
- 1/2 cup shredded Dry Anari cheese
- a few drops of vinegar, lemon, and olive oil for dressing
STEP 1: Mix.
In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
STEP 2: Dressing.
In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil until blended. Pour over salad and toss to coat; serve immediately.
